I am a new customer to epoca casino and wanted to try this site. I heard a lot of good things as well as not so good things. I decided to give them a shot and signed up. I took the full welcome bonus and played many hours (maybe days *lol*). I had good luck and I had bad luck. When I was nearly to a zero balance I switched to roulette and this was the time when my luck came back. within a few hous I was able to win a lot of money (not needed to say a number) and I requested a payout. First I did not become an answer, when I requested again via support they sent me an Email days later that I will get paid within next 21 days. WTF. Yes indeed, nearly three weeks later I received my money to bank account and I was very happy that I got paid. I will not play at epoca casino again because the withdrawal process took too long imho, but hey: they paid me in the end

I asked several times to pay me and threatened that I will make this public. Tit for tat you thieves. If you do not pay out I will tell this the audience. Pride comes before a fall.

In fact I deposited more than 1,200 but when I requested a pay out they closed my account. The reason they told me was "multiple accounts" lol? Why do you take money from multiple accounts? If you take the money, you should also pay the money if requested.
