In my opinion they do a good job. The worst thing of this site is that they send to many bonus offers via email. Guys, I do not need a new bonus every second day... regarding the payments, they always paid me and they managed to do it fast

silver oak gets a rating on average level from me. I am with them for a few years already and had some issues in the past, but they have always been fixed within short time. silver oak bonuses look always amazing and their offers for existing customers are also great and very lucrative. Quite contrary I do not like its rng software so much. I guess i will never become familiar with these slots. But it is ok for, my main reason why I gamble is because I want to earn money and not to enjoy nice graphics

I am wondering what your guys are talking about? I am a Silver Oak customer for a few years and never had any problems.

They always paid me within a few working days and they do a serious job.

@Dagobert___ Why do you wait for an email response if they offer live chat? lol

never got paid by these thieves. I am already waiting for my money since November of the last year. They never replied to any of my email to send me my money but sent me new bonuses instead. avoid these #+!&*

As they offer a great welcome bonus I gave them a try. After a few deposits I won good money and requested a withdrawal. Believe it or not, they needed 3 weeks to pay me... Have been paid but would not recommend this casino

Customer support seems to be non-existent
