Still waiting for my hard earned money. I requested a withdrawal in september (17th sept) and I am will waiting to get paid. nova customer support does not reply to my emails as well as say they cannot help me if I call them via telephon. they always say that I will get paid soon and that I need to have to wait just a few more days... Well, I am waiting for 1,5 month already and I loose the confidence that I will see my moneys sometime

I signed up two weeks ago and deposited 100 euro on my first deposit. After hours of play I lost the 100 Euros. I made a second deposit and played hours again. Finally I lost my hard earned money again. Then I decided to deposit a third time and played the half night. Early in the morning I was able to withdraw more than 3000. I was not sure if they will pay me and I was very happy when I had the winnings one day later on my neteller account. I never gave up and it paid back.

I know that 21nova was managed by the wrong management before but since they changed the management the casino also become better.

Not sure if it is rigged as my preposter said, because I already won good money. In my eyes it is a try worth

Their Blackjack is rigged dealer get always a miracle 20 or 21 while u have 15 and u bust.(everytime)

Their support is very poorly.
And their games are set up that u win for like 1 minutes and take it all away in seconds.
